  • Use the site in a way that could damage or disrupt services

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site

2. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, and content are the exclusive property of Joe Cassidy, unless otherwise stated.

  • Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell copies of the artwork

  • You may not use artwork for commercial purposes without written permission

3. Product Information

I make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen

  • Each original artwork is unique and may contain natural imperfections

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP

  • Payment is required at checkout

  • I reserve the right to change prices at any time

5. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss resulting from use of this website or products

📦 SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

  • Orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days

  • Shipping times vary depending on location

  • Tracking will be provided where available

  • Collection of original artworks is offered free of charge

Returns & Refunds

Because artwork is often one-of-a-kind:

Original Artwork

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged

Prints & Products

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact me within 48 hours with photos

  • I will offer a replacement or refund

  • The above applies to original artwork purchases only - Joe Cassidy Art assumes no responsibility for damages to prints during transport, although every effort it made to make sure items are well-protected during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom commissions

  • Digital downloads

🎨 COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

All artwork is protected by copyright law.

When you purchase artwork:

  • You own the physical item only

  • I retain all reproduction rights

You MAY:

  • Display the artwork in your home

  • Share images on social media with credit @joecassidyart

You MAY NOT:

  • Reproduce the artwork (prints, merch, NFTs, etc.)

  • Use the artwork commercially

  • Alter or edit the artwork

🖌️ COMMISSIONS POLICY

Process

  • A 50% deposit is required upfront

  • Remaining balance due before shipping

Revisions

  • [1–2] minor revisions included

  • Major changes may incur extra fees

Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

I respect your privacy.

  • Name, email, shipping address, payment details

How It’s Used

  • To process orders

I Do Not:

  • Sell or share your data with third parties (except payment/shipping providers)

🤖 AI Use

My artwork may not be used for AI training, datasets, or image generation - in any form, commercial or personal.

Do not scrape, copy, or feed my work into AI tools.
Do not use my name or artwork to generate images in my style.

No permission is given unless agreed in writing.
